– Register of Company Shareholders and Directors

 

Additional Free Services After Company Establishment:

 

– Application for the company’s Tax File Number (TFN)

– Application for the company’s Australian Business Number (ABN)

– Registration of the company’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Pay As You Go (PAYG) withholding



Fee Structure:

Cost to establish a company: $1200, including government fees ($597) and GST.

 

Documents Required for Company Formation:

  1. Proposed Company Name

The company name must end with PTY LTD (Proprietary Limited)

  1. The company’s registered office and postal addresses.

    Addresses must be in Australia and can be a director’s or shareholder’s residential address.

    If the address is rented, the name of the landlord is required along with their written consent to use the address as the company’s registered office address.)

  2. Directors: First Name, Last Name, Address,  Date of Birth, City of Birth, Tax File Number, and scanned copies of a driver’s license or passport.

    Please ensure that at least one director usually resides in Australia, preferably an Australian permanent resident or citizen.

    Directors need to provide their Australian Director Identification Number(Director ID).

  3. Shareholders:  First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Address, Tax File Number and copy of Passport / Driver Licence.

 

  1. 300 Shares will be issued at $1 each by default. Please advise shareholding percentage.
