What You Receive After Trust Establishment:



– Tax File Number (TFN)

– ABN, GST, PAYG

– Legally drafted trust deed and other relevant legal documents (digital version)



Fee Structure:



Stamp duty varies by state, and our fees include this duty and GST:

 

 – New South Wales: $1,838

 – Victoria: $1,188

– Tasmania: $938

– Northern Territory: $908

– Other States: $888



An additional fee of $198 is charged for a printed and bound version.

 

Documents Required for Establishing a Fixed Unit Trust:

 

  • Proposed Name for the trust, preferably ending with UNIT TRUST / TRUST.

 

  • Business and Postal Address (must be in Australia; residential addresses are acceptable).

 

  • Trustee: Name, Driver’s license or passport, Australian address, and tax number.

      If the trustee is an Australian company, provide the company name, tax file number, and directors’ names, date of birth, and address

 

  • Beneficiaries:  Names, Date of Birth, Gender, and address and the proportion of units held.

    If the beneficiary is an Australian company, provide the company name, tax file number, and directors’ names, date of birth, and address;

    If the beneficiary is trust, please provide a copy of the trust deed;

  • The nature and direction of the trust’s intended business activities in Australia.

 

  • Default issuance of 300 units valued at $1 each.
